the Bahamas. Several live performances occur when entertainer/actors
wander throughout dining areas to perform various local acts
such as junkanoo, limbo, fire dancing, ring play dances and
local bands playing Bahamian and Caribbean music. Everyone
from Sweet Emily, Count Burnadino, Ronnie Butler to the Saxon
Junkanoo Group may stop by. When the Chef takes a break, the
entire kitchen stops and a mini junkanoo celebration occurs.
The cooks and staff in their brightly colored uniforms light
up the room with a celebration of life.
